What to Expect

Each BodyTalk session begins with a confidential discussion of the client’s history, including chronic and acute concerns, and treatment objectives. The client then typically lies down face up, fully-clothed, as the BodyTalk practitioner “listens” to the client’s innate wisdom as it reveals, in its special language, what its priority is, and then translates that into suggestions clearly understood by the client’s unconscious mind. In this way, the treatment received is client-led as it should be, for who knows better than the client, at a deep-knowing and unconscious level, what needs to be addressed and the best way to go about it.

A BodyTalk session is highly individualized to the client, and it has no pre-determined length. However, for planning purposes, the client is advised to allow for 45 minutes to 1 hour for the session. The first session may be a little longer. (No additional fee.)

A first-time client will be asked to fill out a Health and Well Being History Form and a BodyTalk Information and Session Consent Form, either at the office or by downloading the forms and bringing them to the appointment.

The above describes an in-office session. Distance sessions are also available.

I take your health and wellness seriously, so I offer Wellness Packages to make it easier for you to commit to your healing journey:

Package of 6 $360.00 (a 20% discount = $60.00 per session)

Package of 8 $420.00 (a 30% discount = $52.50 per session)

Package of 10 $450.00 (a 40% discount = $45.00 per session)

You may decide after your session whether you choose to pay for a single session or would like to commit to ongoing treatment by purchasing a Wellness Package.
