How NRT™ massage Works

Clients new to our Institute may complete a medical history intake form either in the office or by downloading the form and bringing it to their appointment.

A Natural Reflex Therapy® massage session begins with a confidential discussion of your history and treatment objectives. Clients are treated fully-clothed. Use of creams or lotions is optional, though may be helpful for work with the hands and feet.

Some people prefer to receive Natural Reflex Therapy® massage while having a traditional Swedish massage. An hour and a half session is recommended for the combination of the two therapies.

A practitioner of NRT™ massage will work with you to insure that treatments do not initiate counterproductive pain responses. This work is soothing and comfortable. Clients leave feeling tranquil, refreshed and more in touch with their body. It is:
