Our Massage Therapists are trained to use massage techniques to reduce muscle pain and promote relaxation. Our Massage Therapists use various kinds of stroking, pressing and kneading to reduce muscle spasms and strains, increase circulation, improve skin and muscle tone, and achieve total relaxation.
All of our San Antonio Massage Therapists are licensed by the Texas State Department of Health Services and members of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. This highly skilled massage staff currently includes: Kim Krost, and Tammy Leschber

What can I expect during my session? Your massage therapist will do everything possible to ensure that your experience is positive and rewarding. You will be asked about your reason for getting a massage, current physical condition, medical history, lifestyle, stress level, areas of pain and other pertinent topics. You'll be asked to undress in private and drape yourself with a sheet provided by the therapist. You may leave your underwear off or on, at your discretion. You will lie down on a comfortable padded massage table. The therapist will undrape only the part of your body being massaged, ensuring that you modesty is respected at all times.
Who Should Avoid Massage Therapy? There are some conditions where
massage is not recommended. It is not advised for anyone with an infectious skin disease, a rash, or an unhealed wound including: skin diseases, Ringworm, Herpes, Eczema, Psoriasis Impetigo, and Scabies.
It's also wise to avoid it immediately after recent surgery, or if you're prone to blood clots. Massage is contraindicated for circulatory ailments such as phlebitis or varicose veins and it should never be performed directly over bruises, open wounds, inflamed or infected injuries, areas of bleeding or heavy tissue damage, or at the sites of recent fractures or sprains. It is not recommended for cancer patients immediately after chemotherapy or radiation therapy. It's best to consult your obstetrician before any massage during pregnancy.
